Mushroom Tart
Featuring: Caramelized Onion & Roasted Garlic Jam

  • Favorite pastry dough sheets.  Either Phyllo or Puff Pastry…lay out sheets
  • Layer with chunks of brie, and sliced Portobello Mushrooms
  • Top with a few dollops of jam, fold, brush top with a little butter
  • Bake 400° 10-15 min until toasty brown
  • Let sit a couple minutes before cutting and enjoying

Cheesecake Bites
Featuring: Strawberry, Lemon Ginger Marmalade & Blueberry Jam

Puff pastry dough
2-8oz pkg Cream Cheese
¾ c white sugar
2 eggs
1 teas vanilla

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Jam to top

Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Line miniature muffin tins with pastry dough.
Fill with cream cheese mixture to almost the top.
Bake for 15 min,  or lightly brown.  Cool, Top with your favorite Seasonal Jam
