Puff pastry dough
2-8oz pkg Cream Cheese
¾ c white sugar
1 teas vanilla
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Jam to top
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Line miniature muffin tins with pastry dough.
Fill with cream cheese mixture to almost the top.
Bake for 15 min, or lightly brown. Cool, Top with your favorite Seasonal Jam
